Garmin Real View Advanced Lane Guidance Project

These examples showcase the Lane Guidance feature as it appears on a Garmin Global Positioning System (GPS). The Lane Guidance is an inbuilt feature in which guides the driver to the correct lane as they approach any exit or turn. The project idea was based on GPS feedback, drivers were having difficulty understanding which lane or road to take from the previous model.

Each junction would look too similar to the previous turn off and this led the team to produce more detail in each visual to help the driver recognise the exit they need to take. Every pixel of graphical content all consists of vectors packaged into layers inside an SVG.
